Refund policy

1.1. Product return and order cancellation.

1.1.1. The Customer may not refuse the Products of proper quality that has individually defined properties, if the specified Products can only be used by the acquiring Customer.

1.1.2. In case of the Customer’s refusal of the Products within 7 days after receipt, the Customer is obliged to inform the Administration of the site about his wish and make the refusal causes. Also the Customer is obliged to send the Products to the consolidation warehouse at his own expense in accordance with the instructions received within 7 days from the date of receipt of the Products.

1.1.3. In case of the Customer’s refusal of the Products within 7 days after receipt and confirmation of its return by the asiaoptom.com Administration, the Site Administration returns to the Customer the value of the Products only after receiving the Products at the consolidation warehouse, except for the expenses of the asiaoptom.com Administration for delivery to the Customer. Asiaoptom.com Administration returns the value of the Products no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the Products at the consolidation warehouse.

1.1.4. The Customer may not refuse the Products of proper quality valued at less than RUB 15,000, the Products of proper quality participating in promotions, as well as the Products from the List of non-food products of proper quality exempted from the return and exchange approved by the RF Government Decree dated by 19.01.1998 № 55.

1.2. Products warranty repair

1.2.1. The Customer has the right to make claims prescribed by law “On Protection of Consumers' Rights” to the Seller through the asiaoptom.com website Administration in respect of defects of the products only if they are found during the warranty period. The warranty period of products in the category of Mobile Phones except the products participating in promotions is 6 months and starts from the moment of receipt of the Products by the Customer. The warranty periods are not established for other Products. The shipment of Products to warranty repair is carried out at the expense of the Customer.

1.2.2. In respect of the Products for which the warranty period is established, the asiaoptom.com website Administration as an authorized person of the Seller is responsible for the defects of the products unless it proves that they arose after the transfer of the products to the Customer as a result of the Customer's violation of the rules for the use storage or transportation of the Products, actions by third parties or force majeure circumstances. The low quality of russification of the Products is not a defect of the products.

1.3. Refund

1.3.1. The refund are made by the www.asiaoptom.com website Administration with consent of the Customer in the same way as Customer’s payment for the Order or in any other convenient way for the Customer.
